A common question we receive is why we don't ask for your specific flight time and date when purchasing a lounge pass.

The answer is simple: flexibility.

Our passes are not tied to a single date or time, giving you the freedom to use them whenever you travel (up until the pass expiry, usually at least six months).

In the rare event that a lounge is full, you can still use your pass on a future visit. For extra peace of mind, consider our refundable pass option.
